Small or Large Jobs
Our jobs have spanned from a single room to hundreds of units. The majority of the work we do today is single family projects that can be a two hour consult or a several month project.
We also offer a FPC, Fine Particle Cleaning service to reduce our clients exposure to indoor pollution, dust.
Our Fine particle cleaning process focuses on invisible mold and bacterial fragments. *call for details

This includes two air cassette or tape lift samples. If requested, additional samples are $35 ea.

ERMI sampling cost does not include lab fees and FedEx shipping that are passed through and additional.

$1,495 Small Mold remediation
One continuous area, less then two square feet of visible mold. Most of these small jobs will still take part of two consecutive days!
Every job includes protection measures, controls, removal, remediation and a fine particle cleaning. Drywall and trim removal only (no other trades included) Reconstruction is not included.
$895 Patch & Paint
Following up on the small mold remediation, Our drywall patch and prime, not to exceed 25 SF. If paint is on-site we will paint corner to corner up to 100 SF. If insulation is needed it's an additional $95. We are happy to do more, but for this price, this is the fine print!
$2,800 & up Standard Multi-Day Remediation
Most jobs are larger than two square feet. They also can be complex in that they can straddle a half a dozen trades or more, roofing, siding, windows, framing, HVAC, plumbing, etc. What defines a mold project has more to do with water damage and how the materials have responded to the exposure, and less to do with mold. You must go upstream to find the answer to your mold problem.
About Mold Relief
My staff at Mold Relief has spent 30 years performing over 100,000 home repair and cleaning jobs. We understand where home systems fail. This is normally where you find mold. We have performed work in a dozen different states around the country as a General Contractor, trades contractor and/or cleaning and mitigation contractor. I grew up in Vienna, VA a great place to grow up in the 70s.
Perhaps our most relevant mold experience comes from our disaster recovery projects. We have managed risk on over 15,000 projects with destabilized and occupied environments. We have managed jobs as small as a wet corner in a family room to almost 1000 units. I always say mitigation is like running an ER room for homeowners and we have learned a great deal.
On the medical risk side, I have spent the last 8 years working with CIRS and other immunocompromised clients, as well as many of the nations top experts in the medical mold field. It's a journey of discovery and understanding for all involved.
Regardless of your problem, we bring our global understanding of building science elements & systems to include grading (topography), building envelope, chimneys, crawlspaces, windows, doors, slabs, foundation walls, HVAC, plumbing, drains, contents, along with our unique ability to locate legacy risk, mold and bacteria to every job.
