About Mold Relief

My staff at Mold Relief have spent 30 years performing over 100,000 home repair and cleaning jobs.  We understand where home systems fail. This is normally where you find mold. We have performed work in a dozen different states around the country as a General Contractor, trades contractor and/or cleaning and mitigation contractor. I grew up in Vienna, VA  a great place to grow up in the 70s.

Perhaps our most relevant mold experience  comes from our disaster recovery projects. Working in the disaster recovery business, managing risk on over 15,000 projects with destabilized and occupied environments. We have managed jobs as small as a wet corner in a family room to almost 1000 units. I always say mitigation is like running an ER room for homeowners, and we have learned a great deal.

On the medical risk side, I have spent the last 8 years working with CIRS and other  immunocompromised clients, as well as many of the nations top experts in the medical mold field.  Its a journey of discovery and understanding for all involved.

Regardless of your problem we bring our global understanding of building science elements & systems to include grading (topography), building envelope, chimneys, crawlspaces, windows, doors, slabs, foundation walls, HVAC, plumbing, drains, contents, along with our unique ability to locate legacy risk, mold and bacteria to every job.
